Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Gasoline USA does not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations for reasons including sizing, fit, color preference, or change of mind.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must remain attached or included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard exchanges. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gasoline USA is not responsible for exchange packages lost in transit.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Gasoline USA will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, and cover the applicable return shipping costs. Damage caused by wear, washing, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear does not qualify.
Final-Sale Items
Gift cards, discounted clearance items, and products specifically marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Starting an Exchange or Claim
To request an exchange or report an order issue, email Info@gasolineskateboards.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item and requested exchange size
- Reason for the request
- Photographs, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Gasoline USA reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the requirements stated above.
